(1) Mechanical indicators :① total breaking force: refers to the breaking force of the entire rope, which is divided into three types: theoretical breaking force (Fr) : equal to the actual cross-sectional area of the wire rope. Product of gm and steel wire nominal working strength σ2 :Fr=qmσ2; b Measured breaking force (Fe) : equal to the sum of the measured breaking force in the entire rope using a monofilament composed model :Fe=fc Actual breaking force (Fw) : the force when the entire rope is actually pulled. FR is included in the national standard, and Fe or Fw or both are obtained in the test, that is, the mechanical index of weight. (2) Tensile strength of single wire: The nominal strength of the strand is one of the important bases for determining the actual mechanical properties of the entire wire rope. The difference between the nominal strength of monofilament and the measured strength is different, which is clearly specified and strictly controlled in the national standard. For example, the German standard allows a certain range of positive deviations. (3) monofilm torsion, repeated bending, winding or knotting are all analytical indicators for studying plasticity and toughness. It has an important influence on the development of mechanical properties of galvanized steel wire rope, and there is a standard. It should be noted that the above mechanical indicators are different from the inspection items specified in the national standards. For example, the provisions of China and Germany on monofilament are: strength, twist and repeated bending: and the Japanese standard stipulates: strength, torsion, winding. Followed by the same size and strength grade of monofilament, luster and galvanized machinery indicators of the amount of provisions are also different. |
